These terms govern your use of theericcline.com (the “Site”) and the Do Deals Live event (the “Event”), both operated by Eric Cline.

1. Use of the site

You may browse and submit information through this Site for lawful, personal use. You may not scrape, mirror, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Site or its source code.

2. Event reservations

Submitting a reservation form is an application for a VIP seat, not a confirmed reservation. Seats are confirmed only after a fit call and successful payment. Seats are non-refundable once confirmed but transferable up to fourteen (14) days before the Event. The seat-confirmation call is the appropriate forum for any final questions before commitment.

3. Earnings disclaimer

Results shown on the Site are from individual attendees who applied the methods taught at the Event. They are not typical, not guaranteed, and depend entirely on individual effort, experience, and market conditions. Wholesaling real estate involves risk, including the risk of no return on time invested.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Do Deals Live name, logos, written copy, and the DDL framework taught at the Event — is owned by Eric Cline and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
